How to Order and Customize
Your Jersey!
Use the following charts and information to design your own customized rugby jersey.
Rugby Jerseys are preshrunk. The first wash and dry is done at the factory to assure a minimal ten percent shrinkage after several washings. Your jersey will be colorfast and soft, yet still tougher than the game. Select either 100% cotton or 50/50 blend. Each jersey is made with super heavyweight fabric, reinforced at the placket, back of the neck and under the arms.
To get you started check out some of the samples. These illustrated possibilities should get your imagination going. The illustrations are numbered for easy reference.
Custom Order Checklist
1. Choose a numbered design from the example page or sketch one of your own.
2. Choose 100% cotton or 50/50 blend.
3. Choose your colors for the body, stripes, collar and cuffs.
4. Choose how many jerseys you need. A minimum of 18 per design.
5. Choose your sizes. A size chart is included on jersey prices page.
If you are a coach or sponsor and not quite sure about the sizes you need, consider using the following suggested team jersey sizes and numbers:
- Men's club and college - 21 jerseys
9L: 9-15, 17, 19
8XL: 1, 2, 6-8, 16, 18, 21
4XXL: 3-5, 20
Women's club and college - 21 jerseys
4M: 2, 9, 14, 17
13L: 1, 6-8, 10-13, 15, 16, 18, 19, 21
4XL: 3-5, 20
6. Choose numbers for your jerseys. Choose the color and style of number you prefer: heat seal, patch or tackle twill. Number info is also found on the jersey prices page
7. Choose your decorations. Have your club logo embroidered onto your jersey, add a sponsors' trademark, team motto, tournament logo...anything! Provide a sketch or design and we'll turn it into colorful, detailed embroidery. (See jersey prices page) Need a new, original logo? We can do that, too! In addition, you can have your jersey screen printed and or add embroidered patches.
